The condo was the perfect size for my family of 5. I think it was well decorated and inviting. Location was great and front desk was helpful and nice. Cons: messaged from 3rd party system instead of VRBO, no beach towels like mentioned, no flat sheet on main bed (found one to put on), and coffee machine needs a deep clean. The place is surface cleaned well, but my baby seemed to find all the spots that have not been touched in a long bit.

Rental was nice, clean and quiet place, the beach across the street is the perfect spot, not over crowded with plenty space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves! Highly recommended staying here! 10/10!

Not sure cleaned; kitchen trash can full of trash, colander food stuck on it, coffee pot KCup not working, used Costco Kirkland brand KCup from home, it opened & spewed coffee grounds & coffee all over the machine, cleaned it up tried again did same thing, surprised no keyless bolting device on entry door; stove burner coils not laying flat did not want to push & force them into place, location next to 61st St noisy on patio, couch & some other items worn, floor lamp in living room did not work, paid more than some other units thought would be a little better than it was based on pictures, would try another unit
