Host was very responsive and accommodating. We let the host know we needed more towels for our stay, she had some delivered to our condo within 30mins! Condo was equipped with everything you needed. The heated pool was nice as well! Location was close to everything! We will stay here again!

This condo was great for our quick stay in Galveston. It would probably be too small for our family of 4 with two teens for a longer stay, but it was ideal for a quick visit. There are small things (tear in couch, picture fell down, bunk bed mattresses are very thin), but overall a nice place. The summer crowd was a lot and the property was a little overwhelmed (long elevator waits, murky pool water), but that is not the host's fault. The proximity to beach and all Galveston's fun attractions can't be beat.

Before arriving to the property the host send me two different room numbers . I messaged back to verify which room we would be staying in. The host responded confirming the room number and gave me a back up code for the door.Upon arrival my family and I went to confirmed room, the first code didn't work so we used the back up code. That got us in the door. We went inside to find someone else's luggage and belongings all through the room.We quickly made our way back outside and locked the door back. Luckily whoever was staying in the room we were told was ours was not there at the time or that would have been very awkward and possibly dangerous.I messaged the host to let them know that room was occupied, they responded and said i was actually supposed to be in a different room.Once we got into our room everything was fine, but felt uneasy because if i had the "back up code" to get into a strangers room, who else had a code to get into our room?I understand that mix ups happen, but i specifically asked for verification of our room number and was told the wrong room and given access to a strangers room and belongings.I don't know if the other people staying in the first were made aware of what happened. I just know that if strangers had walked into my room while all of my families stuff was in there I would be very upset.
