About this apartment rental
Welcome to our beach condo! This perfectly located and beautifully decorated condo is located on 61st and Seawall Blvd, steps away from the fishing pier and across the street from the new Babe's beach. It's within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. From your private balcony, you have an upfront view of the ocean. Our place is terrific for a couple or a small family with children looking for a Galveston getaway.
Condo has been completely renovated in 2018! We offer Free WIFI, Netflix, basic cable and so much more! Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 but can also sleep 5 with the pull out sofa bed (3 adults and 2 young children). The junior bunk beds are slightly narrower than regular size twin beds (meant for kids under 10 yrs old). Our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 young children) vacation here often therefore we want everything to be nice and sparkling clean! Now we would like to share our getaway with you and your family.
Our condo is located in the Casa Del Mar Resort which was voted Best Condo Rental on the Island! There is a separate $40 resort fee collected at check in by Casa Del Mar for which you will receive 2 vehicle parking passes. The resort has two beautiful pools (one seasonally heated, hrs open 9am-10pm), a trellised Bar-B-Que area and laundry facilities on floor 1 and 3. The beach is across the street.
Other things to note:
--No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property. Any violations will incur a $300 fee that will be used to clean and sanitize. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
--No Parties at anytime.
--No Prom rentals.
--Must be 25 yrs and older to rent. An adult must remain on the premises the entire stay.
--Lobby hours are from 7am-11 pm
--Pool hours are from 9am-10 pm
--There is NOT a restaurant on the premise.

Very easy check-in at the front desk to get our parking pass, and the check-in email made accessing the condo easy. It is decorated really nicely, fresh and clean, and communication with the hosts was easy and fast. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not use anything but the fridge. We usually travel with disposables. Everything you need is here, except toiletries and personal items. Great stay and we would happily stay again.

Amazing stay! Everything was even better than described (if you can believe). The condo was very, very well appointed, clean and super comfortable. Anh was so helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Will def. be back again soon!!!! Thanks Anh for being such a gracious host!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The location is great-walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Although we didn't use any amenities in the kitchen, it seemed to be well stocked. And the sleeper sofa was very comfortable!
