I liked that the hotel was close to the beach as well as other attractions such as restaurants and stores. The pool was also very warm and the pool's layout was very nice with a good splash pad area for the little kids.
I did not like that the hotel charged a separate $30 parking fee. Also, I've stayed before at a hotel with a similar layout to this one with a queen bedroom, hall bunk beds, and living room sofa bed with a kitchenette. This hotel was not as good. The rooms were smaller overall. The kitchenette was tiny. There was no TV in the bedroom, only the living room. The kitchen sink was hard to get to and awkwardly placed. The queen bed was too soft and squeaky. The bunk beds had thin mats for mattresses that I could feel the bed slats through. And the sofa bed was squeaky and uncomfortable as well.
