The apartment is in a great location surrounded by greenery. The view from the terrace is wonderful. It's like living on the water. The amenities included everything you need and more. A small shop with basic supplies and a few restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. The rest is a 10-15-minute drive away, assuming there's no traffic. Excellent communication with the owner. The place is dog-friendly.

La ubicación, la vistas y la tranquilidad son algo que remarcaría de nuestra estadía! Ideal si queres pasar unos días tranquilos frente al mar. Despertarse con las vistas es algo magnífico! Y lo mejor? Que aceptan perritos!

El edificio no cuenta con ascensor y la verdad que podrían poner en mejor condiciones las instalaciones del edificio, las luces no andaba a la noche. Pero dentro del departamento todo excelente!

The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea and close to the Strunjan salt pans. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful walking trails in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during the stay. One of the highlights is definitely the breathtaking view of the open sea.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the apartment was a major disappointment. There were hairs on the sheets, the blankets had a smell of dogs, and there was dust everywhere. The sinks were full of limescale, and the common areas of the house were poorly maintained and dirty. The front door didn’t lock, which was concerning. I would not recommend staying here during the colder months, as the only heating is through the air conditioning, and the area feels deserted and dark after 5PM. The price is far too high for the standard offered, as aside from the exceptional view, there are no standout features. With more attention to cleanliness, the experience could have been much better.
