Le parking un peu loin

La ubicación era excelente y el tener parking cerca para poder meter el coche es lo mejor, estuvieron atentos desde el primer momento para todo volvería a repetir sin duda.

All was great! The personal service was amazing! Very friendly and quick replies with lots of good and helpfull information. The situation of the appartment (Huevla) was great. Big, clean and right in the center and calm (July). Everything is reachable by foot. I still suggest to rent a bike to discover more from the city. (Easy pickup from the main agency) Supermarket as well directly at the corner. Aircon as well avalaible and usefull as it is not blowing on the bed side. Best choice for us!

Clean, good-sized apartment in a good location.

This apartment is not up to the standard of the 9.2 rating that other guests have given it for a variety of reasons: 1. It's just so plain and ordinary--nothing special. We stayed in three apartments before this one, and now we're in another one in Granada, all were rated between 9.2 and 9.6, and all were spectacular except this one. 2. Bed was too hard. 3. Very noisy and they didn't do anything to prevent noise entering. We had people singing in the street at 4am and could hear every word. We're now in Granada in another apartment on the 3rd floor in a much noisier zone with bars right underneath, but they have modern windows that prevent the noise and we slept like babies. 4. Everything's a bit outdated and should be renovated to deserve a rating over 9.0. 5. The price was the highest we've paid to date. 6. Despite all of the above, I would have rated this place a 6 or possibly even a 7, but the management is so impersonal and blatantly greedy, I had to take it down to a 5. They asked for more than any other place before we arrived including photos of our passports, quite a hassle. The length of the emails about entering the apartment and parking were very complicated. Things you don't want to worry about on holiday. The parking was 21 Euros and a 7-minute walk from the apartment. We found cheaper public parking that was only a 5-minute walk away with plenty of open spaces. We had to pay for parking directly to the management in cash only, and they said they would come and pick it up, but then they made us go to the office to pay it. I'm sure they're making money off the parking and recommend you park elsewhere for cheaper and less walking with luggage. And they're all about selling you additional services--Flamenco, tours, bicycle rentals, etc. I'm all for people making money, but the way they go about it is too much.
