L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, et les lits sont très confortables

la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. L’appartement est ancien et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement : murs avec de l’enduit écaillé, odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement. Il est situé au 3e étage sur 3, avec des escaliers étroits en colimaçon et sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être compliqué avec des bagages ou des enfants. Dans la cuisine, la plaque de cuisson est ancienne, le tiroir à ustensiles était sale, notamment les cuillères et les fourchettes. Il manquait aussi un décapsuleur, et il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle. La petite terrasse est également décevante : le mobilier est vieux, alors que sur les photos de présentation il paraît joli et coloré. Sur place, ce n’est pas du tout la même chose. Le sol de la terrasse était sale et on voit clairement qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare tutta Siviglia facilmente. Vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali e con attorno tutti i servizi necessari per il soggiorno ( ristoranti, bar, supermercati, mezzi di trasporto ecc…). L’appartamento è ben arredato, ci è stato consegnato prima del previsto (avevamo segnalato alla struttura che saremmo arrivate presto) molto pulito e profumato! Cucina attrezzata, letti comodissimi, divano super, terrazzino (anche se senza vista) utilissimo e non scontato per essere in centro. Bagno pulito ed essenziale. C’è tutto quello che serve per un fantastico soggiorno a Siviglia. I servizi ed i consigli della struttura sono utilissimi e nel libro che si trova nell’ appartamento ci sono davvero tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno durante il soggiorno.

Non posso segnalare nulla. Il bagno è l’unica parte della casa un po’ vecchiotto ma funzionale. Suggerisco di mettere uno specchio anche nella stanza con i letti singoli :) e magari rivedere il tavolo del salotto e pensare di avere delle sedi in più per accomodarsi meglio durante i pasti

La ubicación.

La falta de mantenimiento. La calefacción no funcionaba. Sustituyen con dos radiadores, uno de ellos no funciona. Humedades en varias zonas del apartamento. Limpieza mejorable.

Great location! Fantastic instructions on how to enter the city via car if you’re not familiar with the city layout - it was a breeze! Great communication and comfortable seating and bed, quiet area although we could hear the family above talking and moving around late into the night and early in the morning but that can’t be helped. Extractor fan in kitchen didn’t work so it was a bit smelly when cooking breakfast even with windows open but not an issue if you’re not cooking. They did place a heater in room for us as the heater on the wall wasn’t working.

Probably needs to have its appliances updated or fixed before the high season especially as there are other places on offer with same facilities near by with cheaper rates - you kind of want things to work when you are using them and paying for them. Otherwise I’d have rated 10.
