The location was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Was nice to have a fridge for our food and drinks.
Very noisy at night which is why ear buds were given. I burnt my hand on the shower head/water. The layout of the room and the darkness within was a disappointment.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was large and very comfortable, which was important to me. The little kitchen provided everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The room was large and spacious, and the location was quiet.
There was a very handy supermarket just around the corner.
The pool was a bit disappointing....as it wasn't really a swimming pool, more of a jacuzzi which we couldn't get to work.
Although the apartment was in the old town, we needed to walk a good 20 minutes to reach the main attractions (but I guess this kept the price reasonable for which we were grateful).

We had a great stay overall. The check-in was very smooth and the host kindly allowed us to check in earlier without any problems, which we really appreciated. It was also a very nice surprise to find a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival.
The apartment itself was comfortable and the bathtub was a lovely addition that made the stay feel more relaxing. Everything was well prepared and the place had a nice atmosphere.
The only downsides were that the apartment felt quite dark and there was a noticeable smell of humidity inside. Apart from that, everything else was really good and we enjoyed our stay.

liked that it was an apartment and it was in a nice clean location with access to local amenities such as supermarkets etc
staff were all virtual, ie anytime I needed something I had to text it to customer service and they would take between 30 mins to 4/5 hours to reply on the online chat.
I also didn’t like the security on the apartment, the shower was leaky and one point it was flooded which I had to clean.
lastly the AC was faulty for the duration we stayed which made sleeping quite uncomfortable given how hot and humid it was
