Me gustó todo, muy limpio, moderno, espacioso, con todas las comodidades, la terraza de la azotea monísima, los electrodomésticos nuevos, el portal y el ascensor nuevos, las camas super cómodas y los baños nuevos. Un montón de papel higiénico y productos de limpieza. Todo genial, hasta pudimos ver una procesión desde la ventana.

Excellent location in between Santa Justa and the centre.

1. I asked for an extra pillow and the staff said it was not possible. Strange for a managed property. 2. I enquired about leaving my bags several times before check in and every time I was told to check on the day of the check out. When I did I was told the office was closed on the weekend. It was clear I was checking out on the weekend so I could have been told that from the start. Furthermore, they should not advertise the property as having luggage store. 3. The AC on the second floor was not working on check in. They should check that before each guest so they don’t have to find out on the first night by freezing. 4. The condensation in the bathrooms is insane. They need an extractor fan.
