Sea Front Cedres Promenade

Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was well stocked with dishes, flatware, a Nespresso machine, and thoughtful touches from the property management team, including four towels per guest. The only downside was that the floors were quite dirty—our feet were black after walking around the apartment. I mentioned it to property management, and they responded promptly, letting me know they had notified the cleaning staff. Other than that, we had a great stay. We typically took an Uber into town, though Old Town is about a 30-minute walk. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated. The apartment includes two queen beds and a pull-out sofa if you need additional sleeping space. There is a washer, along with a drying rack for clothes. There are three bathrooms: * A half bath near the kitchen with a toilet and sink. * A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. * A spacious en-suite bathroom off the primary bedroom with a bathtub, toilet, and double sinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

The property is modern, exceptionally spacious, and offers beautiful views. Overall, it was very clean and beautifully maintained. The only issue we encountered was that the floors needed a good mopping before our arrival. We don’t normally wear shoes indoors, but in this apartment, you’ll likely want to wear shoes or slippers because the floors left our feet dirty. The balcony was also dusty, which is understandable given its location overlooking the busy promenade. Aside from those minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great view and location, kitchen well equipped

Advertised as 2 bathrooms but actually only 1 WC, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room

The location is excellent. It is easy to use public transport to and from the airport and to travel around the area. Public transport is cheap. We visited Cannes, Monte Carlo and Menton by train and Eze village by bus. The Promenade des Anglaise is a busy road but the view of the sea is beautiful and sitting on the balcony eating breakfast was lovely. We found people in Nice to be friendly and helpful. There is a patisserie a few minutes walk away with delicious pastries.

Although there are 3 bathrooms there is only one toilet. Although this property is on booking.com it is actually managed by a holiday company in France. Initially we received a confirmation advising us we would need to pay in cash. We contacted them and they advised we could pay by card and that they would contact us 14 days before the holiday. We did not hear so contacted them again and had to arrange a time to WhatsApp camera them to take a payment. David was lovely and spoke good English but it wasn’t the usual easy booking.com process. On arrival in Nice we had to go to their office which is about 10 mins walk from the apartment to make the rest of the payment and collect the key. Everyone was friendly and helpful but for me personally it was all a bit stressful. The apartment was lovely - I think probably one of the best in Nice -so in the end was worth it. The beach opposite is stony so bring water shoes Bring insect repellent as there are a lot of mosquitoes

There were no details provided on what the property/flat number was and how to access security gate. The size of the apartment was great but a toilet in the en-suite bathroom would have been ideal.
