The location was excellent. Just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Loved the apartment - beautifully decorated, quiet, good kitchen facilities, separate bathrooms - a sanctuary from the hectic part of town.
Perhaps more comfortable outdoor seating and lounges inside, and a more generous welcome pack of milk, extra loo rolls etc. Other than that, we loved our stay here and would recommend to friends and family.

The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Location of apartment was perfect in heart of Nice few mins from English promenade. The hosts proactively extended our check out due to bad weather and delayed flight. Highly recommend this place for a warm and enjoyable stay in Nice !

The location of the house is great. Very cosy house with high ceiling and a big terrace. The owner and the lady welcomes us was very helpful. There is a private parking place.
There are stairs you need to climb to reach the door which was ok for us, the doors of the rooms and bathrooms can be renovated.
