Luxueux appartement avec terrasse et parking

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Nice. The terrace is absolutely fantastic, spacious, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is excellent, with a wonderful boulangerie right across the street. It’s an easy walk to the beach, the train station, and Old Nice. The neighborhood felt very safe and was beautiful and convenient for exploring everything Nice has to offer. Frederic was wonderful, very attentive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always available when we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back! Tres bel appartement, spacieux et bien situe, avec une magnifique terrasse, une boulangerie juste en face et pres de la plage, gare et Vieux-Nice. Frederic est adorable, attentionne et tres accommodant.

Everything was perfect!

The location was excellent. Just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Loved the apartment - beautifully decorated, quiet, good kitchen facilities, separate bathrooms - a sanctuary from the hectic part of town.

Perhaps more comfortable outdoor seating and lounges inside, and a more generous welcome pack of milk, extra loo rolls etc. Other than that, we loved our stay here and would recommend to friends and family.

The terrace was really nice. We spent evenings outside enjoying the weather.

The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Location of apartment was perfect in heart of Nice few mins from English promenade. The hosts proactively extended our check out due to bad weather and delayed flight. Highly recommend this place for a warm and enjoyable stay in Nice !
