About this resort

The Thunderbird Resort Club, located at 200 Nichols Boulevard Sparks, Nevada 89431, offers our guests a great place to relax with friends and family and experience all that Northern Nevada has to offer. The Thunderbird Resort Club offers our guests a two bedroom condominium suite with a kitchen and fireplace. The resort is beautifully landscaped with a putting green, horseshoe pits and BBQ's. As an added bonus, Angel Hair and Co. spa onsite offers Massages, Facials, as well as manicures & pedicures.

When we arrived at check in, we were informed that the two bedroom we rented was not available because the water heater was broken, and we were downgraded to a one bedroom. I wish we had been informed ahead of time as I was traveling with my family including two young children, and we could barely fit in a one bedroom. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The check in process was weird as there is not a real human at the front desk and you talk to a remote receptionist through a TV. The room itself was clean and the pool was nice. We received a refund which I appreciate.

Overall a decent place. Definitely needs updating fliors squeak loud enough to wake up whole house. Shower felt like it
