About this house rental
A stay in the heart of nature, just a few minutes’ drive from the sea.
On the ground floor:
- An open-plan bistro-style kitchen with a table for 15 people.
It is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven,
freezer, microwave oven, blender, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, percolator, kettle, toaster…
- A summer garden adjoining the kitchen
- A large living room with a bar area, leather sofas and a large TV
- A nature-themed bedroom for 2 people with a large bed (140 x 190 cm)
- A toilet with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor:
- A lounge area
- The Yellow bedroom for 2 people with a 140 x 90 cm bed
- The World Map bedroom for 3 people, with a large memory foam bed of 180 x 200 cm and a single bed of 90 x 180 cm
- The Ballerinas bedroom for 3 people, with a 90 x 180 cm bed and two 90 x 180 cm bunk beds
- The Marine bedroom for 3 people, with a large bed of 160 x 180 cm and a single bed of 90 x 180 cm
- 2 WCs
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- A shower room.
On the second floor:
- The Shabby Chic bedroom for 2 people with a 160 x 200 cm bed. It is the only bedroom on this floor.
With its soft and cosy atmosphere, it will delight lovers.
-END OF STAY CLEANING included. A minimum of tidying up is requested.
- DEPOSIT: €500 before arrival.
- BED LINEN and TOWELS optional +€12 per single bed/stay or €24 per double bed/stay
beds not made up, linen laid out.
- Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
- No pets allowed.
- Parties or any noise disturbances prohibited.
- CAPACITY 15 people (including children and babies).
- CHECK-IN from 5 PM and CHECK-OUT by 10 AM.
- Late check-out available on request (prior agreement) until 2 PM +€80 or 6 PM +€140.
Large House in a little corner of paradise. The property is in a cul-de-sac, set back from the main road, allowing you to enjoy the peace of the countryside. The red brick architecture is typical of the region. The house is in the middle in a large garden. Its location is ideal for visiting Etretat, Yport, Fécamp or Honfleur, and for enjoying the various beaches in the region. Casino, Golf, Water sports, Horse riding are just a few activities close to the property.

the stay was great, Sebastien is very friendly and responds quickly to your messages! Everything you can think of can be found in the house! we were with 12 people and everyone thought it was super great! we will definitely come back to this beautiful place! every morning was pure enjoyment while drinking coffee, all the silence and whistling birds, and beautiful nature around the house! even the grass was neatly mowed for our arrival, really super neatly arranged, which made our stay very nice!

The property is secure and spacious, with well equipped kitchen and light, good size bedrooms. Bathroom and shower room are clean and comfortable. The house is surrounded by nice green spaces, with adjacent on site parking. Both hosts Geraldine and Sébastien are lovely and reliable people who have been running their business for many years. We do recommend their homes to families and friends.
