About this house rental
Molino Rodete old flour mill from the 17th century. Recently restored, it was moved by the waters of the Guadiaro River, being located close to its bed.
Built on two floors with a total of 380 meters, of which initially 280 meters are dedicated to rural tourism. It currently consists of 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a toilet.
Distribution: On the ground floor: a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
On the first floor: a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom, a complete bathroom, with a jacuzzi, sauna and gym, access to a solarium terrace.
Outside, protected by a stone wall enclosure, is the covered porch along the front of the house, covered parking, movement platform and parking for several vehicles, garden area, grass platform next to the heated pool (from July 1 to 10 to September 10). Stairs down to the river where you can use (free) a two-seater kayak.

Estupendo. Es un lugar muy agradable para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Un 10 em limpieza, los dueños son un encanto y muy atentos. Estoy segura que volveremos.
