Casa Fátima Rural Vacation Rental is a spacious house, measuring approximately 260 m², designed for groups, families, or rural getaways with friends, with a maximum capacity of 12 people,
It features 6 bedrooms—three with double beds and the other three with two 90 beds each—two bathrooms with showers (one of which also has a bathtub), and a half-bath near the pool. There are two spacious living rooms with views—one equipped with a pellet fireplace and the other with a wood-burning fireplace—as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed for great cooking.
Outside, you’ll find the pool—perfect for adults and children alike—a sun deck with a lawn, lounge chairs, a barbecue, a sink, a terrace, and a porch furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors.
There is also a large paved parking area outside with a paved access road leading to the main road.
The living room and several bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the property also offers internet access.
