Enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from our seventh floor Tower 1 beautifully renovated beachfront PCB vacation condo. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king size poster bed with private bathroom along with a peaceful private sitting area overlook of the beach and resort's pools. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the master bedroom overlook sitting area while relaxing in one of the two recliners in the master bedroom with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The den has a work desk and chair to catch up on work as needed or to make this unit the perfect vacation spot for a remote work trip.
Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest must be at least 25 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was spacious and clean. There were new appliances in the kitchen including a washer and dryer. The Lagoon pool/beach view was beautiful. We could even listen to live music on the balcony in the evening or down by the pool. Everything you need is on the property- beach chair rentals, restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and even a corner store that has a Starbucks inside. Highly recommend. Very family friendly

Beautiful condo. Perfect location within the resort. Bedroom view was my favorite with floor to ceiling windows! Will be back to stay here.

Lovely condo! Check in and out were easy. Amenities in condo were great. The floor and bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner. The floors were very sandy and left our feet visibly dirty. The bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean, especially in the showers. Beds were comfortable and large dinging table also great!
