Edgewater Tower 1 Two Bedroom Condo offers stunning views of the 11,500 square foot lagoon pool with the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. You'll book an unforgettable beachfront getaway in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Edgewater Tower 1 condo. It comfortably sleeps up to 6. There are 2 queen sized beds in the guest bedroom( ***on August 16th, 2024 this room will become master bed room with King Bed)and one queen in the master suite. The kitchen comes well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!
The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 4 at the table and has more seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room. The views are endless!
Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset.
There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the kitchen closet and an iron and ironing board provided.
This condo comes with a maximum of 2 parking passes. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and free tram service for the entire complex.

Thank you for the opportunity to rent your property. It was exactly as described. We enjoyed the unit with a beautiful beach and pool view. Check in was easy and the owner communicated well. We would return to Panama City Beach.

The condo was nicely sized. The view was amazing. The owner was very responsive. The only thing that kept me from leaving 5 stars was that clealiness for comforter and curtain in guest room were dirty as well as decorative throw pillows on beds.

Let me first say that the unit we stayed in was not awful but I will not be visiting Edgewater as a whole with my family again. Times have changed and it’s just too unsettling with the crowds that are there.
