Great location and perfect for a two week stay

Good but not as good as it should be.

Plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the town centre and a great starting point for walks. Beachfront just a short distance from the property.

Apartement took some time to warm up and the bathroom was always uncomfortably cold as the radiator did not work. The bathroom was also very small. Only two towels were provided, no hand towels, kitchen or dish towels. These issues have been brought to the attention of the owner so should be easily resolved. Parking is via permit in a local zoned area but not at the property.

had a lovely relaxing time and would love to return

It was very clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. The sea view was amazing from the sitting room window. The apartment’s position as it was a just a short up hill/down hill walk to the town or the beach.

Amazing modern comfortable apartment

We stayed in the basement apartment, it was the most enjoyable & comfortable stay we’ve had anywhere in this country. Great location, quiet, amazing modern apartment, very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, spacious rooms, easy check in & out, two day parking permit included for nearby location, this will be our go to place now for Scarborough after many years in old fashioned run down hotels, we will definitely recommend & return 😊

We loved everything 👍🏻 We would have preferred to know we would only get two nights parking for a three night stay, this wasn’t a problem as there is an overnight car park nearby but we could have got a ticket if we hadn’t realised in time.

New year stay

Located within easy reach of everything. Easy to check in. Very clean , comfortable , lots of kitchen utensils, fabulous views from windows. This is our 3rd time in this apartment and it definitely won't be our last.

A bit of luxury in a prime location

The facilities were fantastic.Everything was immaculate, clean and tidy. Plenty of space and well maintained throughout.Definitely next level accommodation for those seeking something special. Wi-fi is a good speed! The location is five minutes from the beach and the same from the town which is perfect.despite this close proximity there was no noise at all

Most importantly the parking is not good.Vouchers are provided for free street parking being central,but the area allowed is residential so always busy.Be prepared to park a good distance away from the property. The advertising indicates parking is available on the street outside.It isn't, it's restricted to very short periods If the advertised sea view is your reason for stopping, be aware there are four apartments and one has a view of the outbuildings and garden rubbish so there's a 1 in 4 chance you'll get nothing. A minor point. Advertising shows the TV on Netflix but this isn't provided. There are no drawers for clothes in the bedroom, just a rail

Great value property in a fabulous location, with the best view!

The apartment is perfectly placed just above the beach and on the main street with loads of food and drink options. The view is just beautiful and although in the centre of everything, the secondary glazing does help keep the noise out mostly. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was very clean and tidy. The communication from the owner was great.

Unfortunately we found the furniture in the living room quite uncomfortable. The chair was unuseable as the strapping had broken underneath so the cushion was unsupported. I did report this and the owner responded promptly (did not know it was broken). The sofa was a chesterfield sofa bed and just a little too small for us all to fit on once we were a chair down.

Perfect 3night Scarborough mini-break!

We loved the style of the property and how spacious it was. The location was perfect to explore Scarborough and nearby places.

The only criticism we have, is the pillows were not soft enough. Otherwise, an extremely comfortable stay.

5 star apartment at 5 star prices

This apartment was first class loved everything about it had everything we needed .the rooms where modern and comfy the location was excellent everything was on our door step .Will definitely be coming back nxt year thank you for making our stay amazing.

If there was one thing me and my mrs didn't like was probably smoking at the front...no big deal but maybe put a few tables and chairs in back garden for smokers just a suggestion

The cleanliness the property is not good certain areas need attention basic repairs and replacements of certain items that could easily be done this is the stained duvets and pillows , broken stained toilet seat, carpet needs a good clean ,fridge ice box very iced up unusable if needed .

Fuss Free, Beautiful Views, Clean, Modern & An Ideal location :)

Lovely little apartment with great views of scarborough harbour. We loved that the booking and getting into the apartment were hassle free, quick, and easy with great communication from the host. It is very clean and well equipped in a perfect location to get to the beach and all amenities, scratch cards for free parking were provided if needed for the local area but one of my children is disabled and we were able to use the blue badge to park outside the door for the duration which was very handy! Did i mention the view?!

There was nothing we didn't like, shower/toilet room is very small, It may be a bit difficult for some to manoeuvre but there's nothing not to like.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and had an amazing view of the bay. It is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Even though it was so close to the seafront it seemed very quiet at night with no disturbance.

The building looks a little shabby from outside and the interior could do with a lick of paint here and there but nothing that affected our stay.

Couldn't be better

Couldn't ask for a better location for Scarborough. Get the wetsuit on and your boarding in 2 minutes! Fantastic little home from home, with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Place is spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. The bedroom is very quiet with the double glazing, even when some pirates are singing some shantys on their way home 😀 I highly recommend the apartment. Excellent friendly and efficient communication from Matt "the host" Thank you very much. We hope to see you again. 😀😀✌️

Lovely to watch the sea from the window. Great location, close to all the seaside has to offer without too much noise. Comfy bed and sofa. Fantastic shower! Ample parking. Kids didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend 👌

An excellent week in Scarborough in a perfect little apartment

Although the flat was small it was perfect for a couple. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. It was only a short walk to the seafront and all of the beachfront amenities. It is a straight walk (about 15mins) from the train station so it is in an ideal location. It was very quiet in the evenings and at night despite being so close to the promenade.

The shower room is small but was perfectly acceptable for us.

Great location

The location was good, excellent sea views. The apartment was very clean. Lovely bedding and towels. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was very small .

The heat in the apartment was unbearable. There should be a fan there ideally. The slope up from the sea front was quite steep and I had problems so I would suggest that if anyone with pulmonary issues avoid. The free parking is good if you can get a space but if you have a disability blue badge parking is free outside the apartment

Good location for beach and town

It's a great location with quick access to the beach down the hill or steps. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed.

I found 'quiet street view' misleading. It's a basement apartment. There are windows but the lounge and bedroom look out onto a pile of rubbish on another property. I guess there's not a lot can be done if the other people won't clear it, but I think guests should be given the info.

Very relaxing, very spacious, nice and quiet, very good host, loved our stay!

Lovely apartment, very spacious, all cooking equipment provided, large fridge and freezer, towels, hairdryer, coat hangers, everything needed was provided. Very happy with our stay, nice and quiet at night too!

- No bath only shower (for our particular room, not sure on others) - No shelving or cupboards to put toiletries out in the bathroom - No sea view, as we were in the room on the bottom floor so the view was blocked by the back of another building

I asked for 2 bedrooms there was a small double bed in the bed it was right against the wall the one at the back had to climb over the front person to get out of bed the other bedroom was a bed deter in the living room so we had one chair to sit on

Fantastic accommodation - disappointing view from Apartment 1

Beautiful contemporary property in fantastic location close to sea front. Free parking on streets a bonus.

Disappointed that we did not get sea views that were advertised in the main title for this accommodation on Booking.com. In fact the views we did get were best hidden! At time of booking we were not made aware our allocated apartment was lower ground floor and had no view at all.
