Live like a local. This is one of the nicest studios around for long term stays, and less than 3/4 mile to the beach, two blocks from lagoon, and steps from State Park and restaurants!
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable 510 s.f. studio, with well-equipped kitchenette, closet, and spacious bathroom. It also has a private 500 s.f. patio area with seating and outdoor shower with garden views. Property is walking distance to beach, the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, great restaurants, and a small convenience store. Downtown Del Mar, with its wonderful beach-front restaurants, charming shops, L'Auberge Hotel, Del Mar Plaza, scenic Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks, beaches and nearby Del Mar Racetrack, is approximately 3 miles away. Located at end of street in quiet residential area, with ample parking. Note: security doorbell and garage camera in use on property.

Because of the pandemic, all of my work was on Zoom so I decided to get out of the cold winter and get somewhere warm where I could continue working. This studio apartment in Del Mar, CA was perfect for a stay of 5 weeks. While working on Zoom at the desk I could look out a beautiful orange tree, along with bushes of lavender and rosemary. I walked to the beach most days and along the way could stop at the coffee shop for a wonderful latte. The property owner is available and answered any questions. Also present is a lovely friendly husky named Slate who visited occasionally. I highly recommend this property---I fully enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful studio in Del Mar. Beautiful garden, good kitchen amenities and Adam was a wonderful host. Close to beach and cute coffee shops and good food.

I enjoyed this wonderful property for nearly two months and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
Adam is an exceptional host and made everything easy and pleasant.
The property is as lovely as it looks. The studio is well appointed, comfortable, private and enjoys a beautiful garden view.
The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away (which I did nearly every day), the neighborhood is quiet and interesting, the walkable restaurants are varied and good, and the access to all of San Diego's amenities is very easy.
I look forward to staying again - thanks Adam!
