Endless Magic is nothing but the perfect home base to experience a magical getaway near Walt Disney World! This two-story townhouse has four bedrooms and enough space to host an entire family, groups of friends, and couples. Once you book this gem, you and your loved ones will have access to the resort's Club House, which offers a Ping-Pong table, pool table, children’s pool, lazy river, volleyball court, playground, and a fitness center.

As soon as you set a foot inside, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. From here, you will also have access to the enclosed backyard, which hosts a private heated pool surrounded by a pool safety fence, two beach chairs, and an outdoor dining area for six by the pool. Let the kids and kids at heart enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool while the rest of the group hangs out and delight themselves with a homemade meal or fresh beverages. Back inside, the living room boasts a comfortable sectional right in front of a Smart TV with cable, offering endless entertainment when it's finally time to unwind and relax after a fun day out. The kitchen will be the chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, and the dishwasher will make cleaning up so much easier. The dining table has enough space for six, but if you are in a mood for a quick meal on the go, the breakfast bar offers four more spaces.

The first level additionally hosts the main bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a full bath. The other three bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, are located upstairs. There is another primary suite with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms (each with a flatscreen TV for added entertainment) share a full bathroom down the hall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
