Great size home, in the heart of Kissimmee. Loved that it had a pool perfect size for our young kids to play safely. Overall a beautiful location. Appreciated all of the update text messages from the host. Over all the bathrooms kitchen and living space was clean.
The only two things that I wasn’t please about was that the best where not clean. All of them looked used and had dirt, hair, etc. and the entire stay the WiFi did not work.. no TV, and no WiFi for our phone which really put a damper on what we thought was going to be a relaxing weekend away..

Its location within the Disney area. Near grocery stores and restaurants
The gate pass system is tough.
The scanner takes a long time to let the cars in causing back up traffic in the Storey Lake Blvd. I wish they fix this system.
A bit of smell on the carpet. I had to powder all rooms and hallway and vacuum to get rid of smell before occupying. The chairs in the dining room are worn out and need replacement. The blinds downstairs are twisted and one was missing.

Bei Problemen wurde sofort vom Management geholfen.
Infos auch ständig wegen Hurrikan Milton.
Müll wurde täglich geleert!

Mäusekot am kleinen internen Haus-Pool.
Okay, wo Menschen leben, sind auch Mäuse. Wir fanden es trotzdem ekelig, grad wegen der Kinder. Es wurde aber auf Nachfrage sofort gereinigt. Trotzdem bleibt ein wenig das Unangenehme!

A localização é perfeita.
A casa deixa a desejar na manutenção dos móveis / persianas e falta muito utensílios na cozinha ( sem toalhas de mesa, sem panos de prato, sem taças para vinhos e espumantes, sem forma para assar pizza ou carne, somente 3 panelas para uso. O custo para aquecer a piscina é absurdo e abusivo, assim como o aluguel dos demais itens como churrasqueira.
