Welcome to your perfect Disney vacation home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is located in a secure gated resort community just minutes from Walt Disney World. Designed for families and groups, the home offers comfort, privacy, and access to amazing resort-style amenities.
After a day at the parks, relax in your private screened pool, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or take advantage of the incredible clubhouse and resort facilities.
Pool heat - USD35/day, min 3 days.
BBQ - need to request in advance - USD100/week
Parking - up to three vehicles
NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.
Pool Maintenance Notice:
The property includes a private pool, which is professionally serviced on a scheduled basis (typically once per week) during daytime hours. Pool maintenance is limited strictly to the exterior pool area and is required to ensure water quality and guest safety. No access to the interior of the home is required or performed.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that routine pool maintenance may occur during their stay as part of standard vacation home operations.
