Welcome to Storey Lake inside the Covey Resort Townhouse.
Storey Lake is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando Florida area.
The Resort is located at the corner of State Road (SR535) - also known as Kissimmee-Vineland Road - and Osceola Parkway. Storey Lake is close to all of the major attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. All types of dining, from chain restaurant to fine dining are close by. And, spectacular outlet shopping is within minutes from Storey Lake.
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is sure to please. The open floor plan is beautifully decorated throughout and includes a 55-inch flat screen in the living room. The 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 and consists of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen and dine together – there is plenty of seating at both the large dining room table and the kitchen bar! The private splash-pool will provide fun in the sun while you catch that perfect tan. Free WIFI and a washer and dryer are included.

We enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood for a morning walk/run, really enjoyed the community pool and the water was nice and warm even though the air temp was cool. Host communicated effectively. Comfortable home. Would stay again. Thank you,

We rented this house for a family trip down to Disney. Location wise this was perfect we were able to be close enough to the parks to get in and out on the daily basis. On the day of arrival the AC unit was broken however after reaching out to the property manager she was able to send someone out within the same day to address the issue. Since the AC was not working in the house was extremely warm we were unable to turn on the ceiling fans because they all had at least 2 inches of dust piled up on top of them in as soon as we would turn it on you could just see flakes of dust flying off everywhere. I reached out to the property manager asking if someone could please come out and at least address this so we could use the fence given that we do not have AC in the house was reading high 70s with the heat . She said she would send someone out to address the issue however that did not happen the entire week that we were there. I think addressing the issue for the cleaning Ness of the house would be something that this property would benefit from overall it is a good place to stay however I would’ve preferred the cleaning of the property to be a little bit more up to par from what was described online
