The Mickey themed bedroom will be a big hit with the little ones. The large dining room is great to gather around and share meals with the family. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, where you can cook up anything you want. The splash pool is a great feature, a way to cool off after a day at the theme parks. Our stay was good because the clubhouse and water park was awesome. I was annoyed by the fact I had to message the owner for my passcode and it didn’t come automatically. there were palmetto bugs outside the unit and we found one inside( I let the owner know and he didn’t even apologize) I know they are native to Florida but I don’t have them in or around my home. The pool was a lot smaller than it seemed in pics and the pool lights didn’t work so we couldn’t swim at night. It was also annoying that the binder with all the info wasn’t specific to the unit itself and was a generalized property management info. I had to message the owner for clarification on some things. In all honesty I felt like it was pricey and didn’t meet my expectations.

The property location is very nice. The place has all the appliances you need which is a huge Plus . The bedding of the place could be a bit better besides just the cover over the beds. The sheets underneath you could see they were old and stained on some. The pillows definitely can be newer as they were completely out of shape and flat. The pull-out couch was very dirty had to vacuum it as there was cookies socks and a kid's little ball. Once the bed was pulled out the pull out part of the mattress sunk in badly it could not be slept on. The house looked clean Once you walk through, but once you officially settle down you will notice that it's not cleaned as good as it initially looked walking through as there was dirt in the corners dust on the baseboards. The checkout time is actually 10:00 a.m. and not 11:00 as it states in the Rules book that needs to be updated. I did message The Host and no response back. However the host did answer me quickly on some questions and concerns prior to my stay.
