When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!
This condo has had the following updates for 2021: The kitchen cabinets have been painted white, the range and microwave have been replaced, the microwave is now built-in above the range, there is a new washer and dryer, and the mattresses and box springs have all been replaced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable. It has all that I need in the kitchen. It is nicer than staying at most hotels. I would stay here again.

Location is excellent! Home was very comfortable and roomy! Beds and furniture were comfortable. Appliances were new and very good.

The marsh view was exceptional. The furniture was somewhat dated - ensuite tub drained very slow. Bathroom utilities were mounted exceptionally low. Keurig was provided, but no Kcups, no crab mallets.
The space and location were good.
