The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Experience with the property was good. Easy to book and the location was convenient . Would recommend.

It was very nice and spacious. Looked exactly like the photos. However it was not that clean. There was dirty spots on the walls and on the ceilings. The balcony was not of the complete ocean, could only see like an inch of the ocean. There was no key fan when we got there, so we had to let security let us in each time. However security was there 24/7 in the lobby. Paid 50$ for first car and could only have a second car per there cost.
Could of had more trash bags present in the place.
