Inside this air-conditioned condo, you'll be treated to a fully appointed kitchen, both a living room and den, free WiFi throughout, and a private washer/dryer. There's even an oceanfront balcony where you can bring your coffee in the mornings, your lunch in the afternoons, and your dessert and card games in the evenings.
The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful stay. Views and proximity to the beach is perfect. This was our first stay to OC.The plaza building and condo were wonderful. The pools were never over crowded. We read several reviews about the bad toaster for this unit… for all those who follow us there is a brand new Walmart toaster for future use. We are a toast family and the 12 investment was worth it for us!

We stayed here last year and my wife wrote a full review then (Melissa M) and pretty much most of the stuff has remained the same, with the exception of the broken blinds that face the walkway outside. A coffee pot and toaster really aren’t much to buy when you’re charging over 3K for a week during peak season I’m out opinion. But none of those things were deal breakers for us considering it was oceanfront and had the option for indoor and outdoor pools. That being said if you’re someone on a budget and loved the nostalgic feeling of a beach condo they has wicker furniture and feels like the 90’s this is quite literally perfect and we love it. If the owner ever wants to sell let us know 😂😂

This was our first entire family vacation. The Plaza had plenty of room, beautiful view, close to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Condo Needs updates! Property listed said we would be provided certain and not certain amenities, however that was not the case. property was not the cleanest! Property however was Beach front property. It was not to bad considering a last minute reservation.we also have some confusion as far as the door lock and while browsing in the room while waiting on maintenance man to come, I just happed to see the key hanging off a letter box.wd still had issues with lock along with maintenance helping us too.In the end we got it all figured out.
