Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was excellent I decided to give a 5 star rating even though the hot water was not on when we got there but they sent someone right away to fix it. Everything thing was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen ready to make a meal if needed we will

There were a lot of little problems with our stay. We stayed here last year and liked it enough to come back. The layout of the condo and the amenities of building were great. Being oceanfront is very nice and the view from the side balcony was decent.
The condo itself needs some updating and a little TLC. There were numerous light bulbs missing. We did not have a blanket on one of the beds. The shower door was off alignment so water leaked all over the bathroom when we got a shower. A curtain was completely knocked off the wall and we could not put it back up. There was leftover coffee from the guests before us in the coffee pot. The blender was filthy and we had to scrub it in order to use it. Each of those individually was a minor thing, but it just seemed like a lot of issues for the price of the condo. We told Vacasa about each of these issues and they did bring us a blanket late on the first night. Everything else, they just thanked us for telling them about the issue.
The worst thing was that the sink clogged on our last night there. I'm not sure what happened but water just stopped draining out of it. I was in the middle of making a spaghetti dinner and we could not wash the dishes or run the dishwasher. After that. I let them know around 6:30 p.m. but no one came over to fix it and we checked out at 10:00 a.m. the next morning without the issue being addressed. That was extremely inconvenient because we could not make breakfast the next morning.
