Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This home does not offer internet access, but guests may use the free WiFi by the pool.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sliding door on balcony has warning note posted to be careful when opening and that if you break it you will be charged 600- how about replacing/repairing the sliding door so guests can enjoy the space without fear of hefty fine. Also, should include that there is 50 parking fee

Booked this condo for a bday weekend and had a great time!
Pros:
This condo is located in quieter North Ocean City but still very convenient to all OC has to offer. Great views from the balcony. The condo has a nice pool and deck area. We liked the layout of the condo.
Cons: although we survived without wifi not having it would be inconvenient for a longer stay or if you needed to work remotely, which in 2025 is pretty common so we found this odd, when you enter the condo you are hit in the face with the smell of cigarettes, the condo could have been stocked better- we were missing a few things I assumed would have been standard. Overall it was clean and we had an enjoyable trip.

I knew the property was dated. That was not a problem. You knew that going in.
The pluses: easy in and out with the Vacasa app. Beachfront loveliness and beautiful view. Good location. Pretty comfy furniture. Nice towel allotment and nice check-in package of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and dish soap. Nice pool. Fast elevators. Easy parking.
The minuses: 1) this apartment was DARK: The bedroom had just one working lamp; The bathroom sink light did not work, and just had one small wattage lightbulb in the tub light fixture; The entry hall is very dark; The "lanai" just inside the first door is dark and unusable. 2) There are only two window AC units. The unit for the bedroom worked well enough, but turns off and on constantly which interrupted sleep and made the room occasionally too warm. The AC unit for the living/dining/kitchen simply isn't enough to keep the space cool enough, and since the unit is on an oceanside part of the condo, when you're out on the deck you just hear the constant motor of the AC unit which interrupts the serenity of the ocean sounds. Ceiling fans would be a huge help. 3) They've got to fix some stuff. The exterior door is slatted and falling apart, and there is water damage happening behind the tub. The door to the deck is HEAVY and quite difficult to open and close.
Overall, for an inexpensive short 4-night vacation for two people, this was just fine. The pluses outweighed the minuses. Longer than that, or with more than two people, it would get uncomfortable. If they were to fix some things, improve the AC, and update the property I would give it more stars.
