The Space:
Spend your next vacation at Sand Dollar II 303, a comfortable North Ocean City condo that sits less than a block from the beach. Recently updated for 2021, this condo features two new queen beds, a new queen sleeper sofa, two remodeled bathrooms, and new windows, flooring, and bedroom carpeting. Inside, you'll find amenities that include two large TVs with cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. A stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and other included extras make your stay all the more comfortable. This condo is also equipped with partial air-conditioning via wall units. In this part of North Ocean City, you'll be less than a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. The countless shops, restaurants, eateries, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment that line Coastal Highway begin only one block west as well. Things to Know Smoking is not permitted. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This place is clean, modern and they have thought of so many details that made it the perfect place to stay! It's just a short walk to the beach and hidden away from the noise and chaos. It was literally the perfect place and I will definitely be staying here again!!

Over all place was nice, didn't realize there were 3 flights of stairs. Might mentioned in listing, and I just missed reading on booking, I don't recall. Wasn't a big problem for our family but someone older, slower or disabled might struggle.
It was very clean for our time there. We didn't feel like we need to pre-use clean, like some other places we have stayed in oc.
Couple drains were a little slow to drain especially if had water fully on. But should be easy clean out for maintenance.
Would definitely rent again if available, short walk to beach. In real quiet area at least time we were there, only loud noise we heard was from trash truck. Can't help that, gotta have trash removal.

I hesitated before giving my comments because nothing is ever done with these comments. I hope that you will pass on my remarks to the owners.
The condo is very well located, near the beach. The view of the ocean is partial, but that does not matter to us. The apartment is also very nice and very spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, and nothing was missing. When we arrived, the condo was clean on the surface, but the sides of the desks and coffee tables and mirrors were not clean, probably because of the end of the season. There were a lot of small ants.
It would be important to advise the owner to change the patio door because the wheels are completely rusty, and it no longer opens or closes. This could help the owner save on electricity (AC) costs in off season, because we could not leave the door open without a screen.
It would also be wise to change the Wi-Fi because it is too weak and it is only available in the living room, no network in the bedroom. We were unable to connect to our Netflix account on the TV.
The room was very nice, but we had to change bed because one of the two mattress needs to be changed because it is too old and we end up in the middle of the bed.
We still had a very nice 10-day vacation from September 2nd to 10th in this condo despite these small inconveniences. We are regulars in OC because I have been coming for 60 years. I would return to the same place if the fixes were made.
