Amenities include an oceanfront balcony off living room-dining area, modern kitchen, washer and dryer. The one bedroom units have air conditioning units and one parking space. The two bedroom units have central air and two parking spaces. The building is equipped with an elevator. Good location, no view of the ocean because of the dunes. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in at night. I would stay here again.

Had a great experience with this rental. The location is the absolute best! Just a short walk to the beach. The place had all the amenities we needed. The only cons it could use some updating and it could use a super deep clean.
