The front desk (Carly), the maintenance man, the housecleaning were all wonderful. We needed somewhere fast and had no idea except day by day to know for how long due to a major issue at our home needing a lot of work and making it unlivable. They all worked with us to make our stay so nice. We love the Edgewater Inn.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Access to downtown was so easy plenty of places to shop, eat, and the walk to the beach. Every day was wonderful.

The complex is in a great location on the water. The room we stayed in was just above the pool area. It smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine in room. The furniture was not comfortable. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Room was clean, but the room needed tile work and repairs. Main hallways have a distinct odor, and carpets are filthy. I would recommend but not this unit and stay away from pool area to prevent smells.
