Clean, friendly staff, easy check in, nice decor and amenities. Beautiful view and steps to town and the beach. Parking great too!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The units are always super clean, and maids do a great job asking if you need anything. On site parking gets crowed at times, but short walk. only 2 handicap spots though. Units do vary on decor and beds, etc. We were told unit this year didn't have full size refrigerator. A bit inconvenient as small and low to floor but worked out OK. Plan your out of unit trips by car as bridge opens every 1/2 hour. But that is Charleviox!!

Loved the unit, the decor, and its proximity to downtown. Very walkable. Due to the weekend we booked (Boyne Thunder), it was nearly impossible to find a parking space within the property. We were directed to use a public lot several blocks away. Having said that, we parked on property and never moved the car! We were able to walk for the weekend.There were a few maintenance items that were minor and did not prevent us from enjoying the stay. if you don't like Ferry horns or drawbridge horns going off every 30 minutes, don't stay here. We did not find it a problem but definitely a lot of commotion on the weekend.
