The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, while the living area includes a queen-size sofa bed, making it ideal for additional guests.
The full bathroom is thoughtfully updated with a spacious walk-in shower and modern vanity. The open-concept living space offers a welcoming atmosphere, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a range with oven, refrigerator, and microwave—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Unwind in the cozy living room with seating for up to four guests, or step outside onto the walkout patio to take in the peaceful waterfront views.
Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo provides prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short stroll from local dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

The condo was well maintained, and thoughtful in every detail of supplies and comfort! The bay view and patio was picturesque for watching boats and birds! The location to the main center of town was excellent! Restaurant & adventure suggestions were spot on fabulous! Would highly recommend Edge Water Inn and our specific condo 102.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Very convenient waterfront basic hotel with pool. Clean but needs renovation, especially lobby, hallways, room carpets, room drapes, and room AC. Wonderful third floor breakfast room was closed due to “lack of staff” but good breakfast spot directly across road with discounted coupons from hotel.
Note there are NO towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so after showers
was messy.
Only issue was the confirmation call from a Blocked number with NO Caller ID which I did not answer due to spam flag on iPhone. Fortunately before I deleted voicemail, I heard request to call hotel back to confirm stay. The person I spoke with was NOT interested in the spam type reach out call and said my prepaid room would have been cancelled if I had not called back. The check in person also had zero interest in the blocked hotel caller number and ID. Fortunately, when I bought Mackinac ferry tickets, that person was interested to assist, said she knew about the issue and would talk to their IT person. Beware so you are not cancelled.
