Welcome to Unit #345—your freshly redecorated two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting condo features a main bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a loft bedroom with an additional king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.
The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals during your stay. The layout provides a cozy and functional space to relax after a day of exploring.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in beautiful views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the waterfront setting.
Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short walk from the area’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it a perfect choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.
Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering guests a different experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.
Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

Edgewater and our specific unit provided a great central place to start and end each day in the Charlevoix area. The pool (with indoor option) worked out great for us with young children. The building and grounds were very clean and staff was helpful. Great experience for our family!

This location and view can’t be beat! We LOVED walkability to downtown and the view of beautiful round lake. The condo was comfortable and clean and very nice, however, it was listed as a “sleeps 6” property and thus the price tag went with that. We have 5 in our family and when we arrived, we found out there was no couch pull out like was listed. We received 10% back as a courtesy but our teenage son slept on an airmat the whole trip. It just wasn’t ideal for what we paid for not everyone to have a bed. I saw the listing has been updated to be more accurate but this was a major draw back for us. Otherwise we had a great vacation and loved Charlevoix.
