Ideally located in the heart of Seaside, this property is situated on one of the rare double lots in town, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoying the laid-back beach lifestyle that Seaside is known for.
As you approach, you'll be greeted by a welcoming, furnished open porch—an inviting spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening breeze. Step inside to discover a spacious and light-filled living room, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. Adjacent to the living room is a generous dining area, perfect for sharing meals and stories after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find an additional cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The first floor also includes two well-appointed bedrooms, offering versatility and comfort for your guests. The first bedroom features a set of twin bunk beds plus a single twin, complete with a private full bath—perfect for accommodating children or extra visitors. The second downstairs bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and private access to a convenient hall bath (shower only), offering both privacy and ease.

Comments: This well located cottage is attractively furnished and has a great kitchen. Tons of outdoor seating and nice porches. Each of the real bedrooms has an en-suite bath. The additional queen bed is on the 3rd level, accessible by steep stairs, with no real handrail! Very dangerous and I don’t know how they get away with it that. Not a single beach chair on the premises, which most rentals include. Also, the TV had 4 remotes, 2 channel guides that contradicted each other, and no instructions. Had to call maintenance guy, and it took him a while to figure it out! Major oversight. Also, no information book provided by owners: restaurant recommendations activities, etc. just the standard Seaside info.

Perfect cottage for our summer vacation. We dined outdoors every evening in the gazebo. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. My favorite reading nook was the upstairs porch off the master bedroom. Out family can’t wait to come back!

House was adorable in theory. lots of outdoor spaces. great double lot. Driveway for car. and loved the bed in the tower.However!! heat could not keep up with temps and/or regulate. downstairs (main living space) was frigid cold, especially TV room. and the bedrooms were so hot you couldn't sleep. Thermostat for downstairs was upstairs and thermostat for upstairs bedroom was downstairs. Made absolutely no sense.The list of things that didn't work is long: -DISHWASHER! washed dishes by hand the whole vacation-main oven-back burner on cooktop-fireplace. which would have helped with cold temps downstairs.-sauna-all the toilets didnt flush without a lot of "babying"-many burned out lightbulbs.This home has most definitely been neglected.
