Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We booked this house for a quick girls trip to Nashville. The house was in a wonderful location, walkable to 12th street shopping and Uber was a quick ride to downtown. The house was as described, clean, adn beds were incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed our quick trip and would book again!
