Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

Very convenient location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms/beds, pool table & great outdoor deck, customer service was attentive, ability to store bags upon arrival & departure was a nice touch…we will definitely return.

We had 12 in our group stay here. The kitchen/dining/living room was a great place for the larger group to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Great location. We visited many restaurants and music venues in the area. Nothing was far away. Our group had many compliments of the property. Would certainly recommend.

Loved the property. Clean, beautiful, great windows for lots of light. Close to a couple of coffee shop/diners for breakfast or lunch. No complaints, would stay again!

We were a group of 12 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Everyone had a great time, plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.
