**If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (7%).

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.

Rented the condo for business trip and it was exactly what the four of us needed. Clean, perfectly located, and Jen was unbelievably responsive. The white noise machines in each room were perfect and I look fwd to booking again in the future!
