In this 3 story home you are welcome to enjoy the first level with it’s open eat-in kitchen and separate dining area with spacious living room equipped with flat screen and sectional sofa. You may prefer the more private second story with large bedrooms, lavish bathrooms, and a covered porch, or if you are looking to get away and have fun, the house’s third story penthouse is equipped with its own kitchenette/bar, fireplace, another living area, a sectional sofa and a separate bedroom and bathroom. We had a family gather with my children from different parts of the country meeting. We checked in Friday, got settled in @5:00 PM. We’re waiting for the rest of the family to arrival when the attached unit guest knocked on our door @10:00 PM. They told us they got robbed while they were upstairs getting changed. They took purses, keys, and stole 2 cars. Apparently this has happened before according to the guest who were burglarized. They worked with police . We did not see anything but did hear a loud bang. When they stole the cars the apparently they hit part of the building. That put us on guard and was unnerving for the remainder of our stay. I do not know anymore details but it was disturbing to say the least. We had family and grandchildren with us……….
that being said the property facilities/house was awesome for our family. Lots of space to gather and eat together. Each family had they’re own bedroom and bathroom. The grandchildren could go to bed and we stayed on the lower level and played games without waking the children. (Bring your own baby monitors). There is lots of kitchen space to cook and for all to gather to pray and eat. The kitchen could be a bit more furnished ie there was no electric skillet or any spatula to turn eggs or pancakes, measuring cups and a few more drinking dinner cups, etc. Minor stuff but nice to have. Also, there was no information sheet on who to contact or procedures for arrival or departure. I am old school not internet savvy. Loved the facility minus the burglary. It is a distance from “everything Nashville “. You must have a car or Uber to get to attractions. We totally enjoyed our family gathering.
