Our huge 4 bedroom townhome is a great home base for any group! We have a two car garage, many sleeping options and plenty of hangout areas for you to all be together. Walk to 12th South, The Gulch &Edgehill Village or take a five minute Uber to Broadway!
* We have multiple townhomes very close if you have a larger group &need more space.

Layout is as follows:
1st level
2 car garage- (There is a small amount of rear street parking)
Bedroom #1- King size bed with Tv
* En-suite Full Bath with walk in shower and walk in closet.
2nd level
Kitchen with 2 coffee makers. One drip and one Keurig Machine. Dining table seats 6 and the island seats 4.
Living room - Queen size pull out and twin cot. The internet modem is in the living room behind the tv.
*half bath
Bedroom #2- Qty-1 Full size bunk bed (two beds total. Attached, small, outdoor patio with 2 chairs. No dresser, walk in closet, or TV in this bedroom.
*Twin size cot in the hall closet.
3rd floor
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen size beds, TV, and 2 Twin size cots in the closet.
*Ensuite Full Bath featuring walk in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet.
Bedroom #4- King size bed, TV.
*Ensuite Full bath with walk in shower, and walk in closet.
Washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor
Rooftop is on the 4th floor
We provide a starter supply of basic guest amenities to help you settle in comfortably. These are not restocked during your stay and include:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• 1 cleaning sponge
• A handful of K-Cups or a small bag of ground coffee
For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing or purchasing any additional supplies you may need.

As the maid of honor, it was my duty to plan the bachelorette trip. This property made the trip perfect. It had SO much room for an all of us to spread out and get ready. None of us had to sleep on the couch or on a cot. It was so much better than the pictures, I had the entire bridal party commenting on how perfect it was. It was also a short and cheap uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Could not recommend this place enough for any large gathering. Also beyond the property, the host was very communicative and accommodating.
