The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and can easily be enclosed with a pocket door for privacy. This was our first trip to Iowa and it didn’t disappoint. The rental unit was in the perfect location for walking to multiple attractions such as the state capital and the botanical gardens as well as downtown. The unit was well appointed with amenities, and we felt very safe in the area and throughout our travels across the city. I would definitely recommend a trip to Des Moines with a stay in this rental property. It was perfect for us.

Had a wonderful stay in Des Moines. The apartment is in a great location - walk to restaurants, shops, the capitol building, and the river trail. The club on the first floor was a little loud the first night, but quieted early and was closed during the week. The apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay including laundry machines.

Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It did feel however a hotel and less like a home though. Some simple personal touches would give a more home like feeling for guests. That being said these are not an absolute. Overall a great place and we’d use again.
