We, as 2 friends living far apart, met in Des Moines as a halfway point to spend time together. This was a sweet place in an easy location to get around. We ere able to walk downtown, past the beautiful capital building and so many other historic buildings. Sadly, the Botanical Garden was closed on the day we were there. However, we walked along the river and through the Asian Garden. Luis was very responsive, and provided a wonderful place for our stay.

We loved being able to see the capitol building out our window! There were plenty of places to sleep and the amenities were nice. Washer/dryer, kitchen, etc.

Place was cute. Could use floor lamp in front room & maybe a couple fans as I was hot but my friend was cold

This was just the perfect space for 2 couples to get away for the weekend! Close to downtown and many other things to do. House was very clean, cute and comfy! Would definitely stay again!
