Great location, clean & comfy and quality condo.

Not enough cookware, not enough wash cloths and no entry to inside of building from back parking area.

The apartment was in a great location, not too far from the Des Moines State Capitol. We rented it to go to the Iowa State Fair. There are so many different restaurants close by many within walking distance. I was very impressed when I walked in at how clean everything was. The beds were firm but comfortable. There is actually the master bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Then there is the hallway, bathroom. Two other bedrooms that each have two full beds in them. So we had plenty of room for everyone. I'm not sure why it says only eight people when it could easily fit 10. The description says over 10,000 square feet. I never once believed that when I read it. I'm not sure what the actual square footage is, but there's plenty of room with the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, small living room and small dining room. And the kitchen was plenty big enough with a nice refrigerator and microwave. The TV in the master bedroom worked great. There was a TV in the living room but it didn't connect so we couldn't watch it.

I messaged the person on the booking.com website. I informed them the TV in the living room wasn't working. They told me several different troubleshooting things. I even downloaded the Roku app on my phone. I was given the information to log into the Wi-Fi. But it would never work properly. The Wi-Fi code that they gave us would never show up as an option. I even tried putting it in manually.

It was ultra modern and really quiet. Plenty of beds for the whole family. A++++
