About this house rental
You'll love our big bright airy 1 BR apartment on a quiet street in the heart of West Sedona. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and hiking. Enjoy the covered porch and large courtyard with tables, chairs, gas grill, and fire pit. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed, leather sofa, and desk/work station. The living room has a pull-out sofa and big screen TV with Roku. A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook complete meals. The washer & dryer are nice for longer stays.
The space
* The apartment is a very nice in-law suite on the front of our home. It is completely separate from our living space and you will have your own private parking space and entrance.
* There is a see-through gas fireplace from both the living room and the bedroom, HOWEVER IT IS NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING.
* There is no smoking inside the house, but smoking on the porch or in the courtyard is fine.

Guests have complete and private access to the whole apartment - living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Location was great. Check in simple. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Suggestion need a new coffee pot, dish towels and spong or dish cloth would be helpful as well as new pots and pans, since Teflon is peeling. Some new throw pillows since those on couch are worn.

The house was clean and bed was comfortable. .No coffee at all. No where to hang wet towels in bathroom except over the shower rod. Toilet very low . Sofa very uncomfortable in livingroom. Also a suggestion to put something on the glass of the slider as we had two people walk into it.
