The Space:
Columbine is a bright and cheerful unit with a great layout and all the comforts of home. The living space is warm and inviting with comfortable seating placed around the fireplace, a dining area for long leisurely meals, and local artifacts that give this home a true Sedona feel. Entertaining your family and friends is easy with a well-equipped kitchen with all the kitchen essentials needed for a home-cooked meal and a private patio with BBQ for dining alfresco under Sedona’s sunny or starlit skies.
The southwestern feel flows through to the guest rooms and this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living area. A welcoming retreat to renew and refresh for another day of Sedona activities.
Note: Garage is not included. There is a designated parking spot for the condo.
The Nepenthe Complex is one of the most friendly, inviting, and scenic complexes in West Sedona and boasts great amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round with a seasonal community pool and year-round hot tub (the pool and spa community area is monitored by video cameras).
There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

Property was very clean, well stocked (kitchen, Bathrooms, extra blankets, pillows...etc) Loved the location, close to stores and a short drive to Uptown and most hiking. Loved the back patio, nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings! Would definitely stay again!

Neat and clean, everything was ready to move into. It is close enough to the business area to walk to, but far enough away for the peace and quiet. It worked well for us.

We had the best stay here. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. My kids loved the pool too!
