The large waterfront primary bedroom has balcony access to enjoy the fantastic water breezes. Enjoy time at the pool located on the roof top. Located on 17th street, it's close to the boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby. The beach in only 3 blocks away.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the close distance to the beach and the balcony overlooking the canal. There are great restaurants in walking distance. My family loved their stay here. The kitchen island lights flickered so we ended up not turning them on- but we didn’t need them. Maintenance did come quickly though to attempt to fix. Also there are two full size beds in the one room and one of the beds was not made when we arrived but we requested sheets and they came quickly. Overall I’d recommend staying here.

The home was in a nice location- a short walk to the beach and many activities. The home was decorated well, it had a coastal vibe. The WiFi was fine. There were not TV’s in every bedroom like the pictures show, only in the master. There were some groups of kids there for Senior Week, so that was loud on our last night. They were playing music and out on their balconies and talking loudly past 2AM. (I thought there were policies to eliminate that.) The kitchen was not cleaned well, but other parts of the home were. There was a strong urine smell in the master closet (hopefully from an animal, but again a no pet policy???)
