Beautiful condo in a great area. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Tons of space. Lots of extras (fully stocked kitchen, kids toys and games, tvs in every room, laundry, downstairs storage.) Beautiful view off the balcony over the canal. Several eateries and drug store within 3 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Its a beautiful place and we can't wait to go back next year!
Only negative is the check in process. We had to wait until 3pm and then go to the property management office several miles north of the property to be handed an envelope with keys and toilet paper. Had to return the keys there as well when we left. In 2023 we should be able to receive a text or email with a door code when the unit is ready. This was mildly annoying and time consuming.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the full size washer and dryer came in very handy, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night.

This was a great find for the small group of friends we had for an extended weekend in OC. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and venues. The balcony was a great addition to the experience when we were in the condo.

This is a nice spot for families. The large bedroom was very spacious. There were some kids toys, which was nice. It's walking distance to the beach and nearby stores, so that was a perk.
My only complaints were:
1-having to drive to the rental office to be told there was a code to enter the door.
2-the faucet was broke upon arrival and not fixed.
3-charging extra for linens
4-excessive cleaning and property fees beyond the rental daily rate
5-the wifi password was incorrect and it took 2 days to rectify.
