This comfortable beach house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including king and queen beds, as well as a sofa bed and single futon, to ensure room for everyone to sleep soundly. Two full baths and two half baths provide comfort and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and save money, while safety features include fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors to provide peace of mind during your stay.
Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, reliable internet access, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring the town. With split unit AC, washer/dryer, and numerous TVs for entertainment, this house ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Wonderful location our family enjoyed it very much the only downside was not enough bath towels we only had 5 total we were a family of 10 .unfortunately not enough garbage bags there was only 2 given to us but House was well kept

The location was close to everything and the house itself was great! However, on VRBO, it was advertised as four full bedrooms with four queen sized beds. This is not the case, one of the bedrooms is a sofa bed, which was extremely misleading. Also we were provided almost completely used toilet paper and we were missing a lot of basic things that they stated were provided, like shampoo and conditioner. When we called Vacasa to request all the things we were missing, they were very dodgy and told us that we had to go out and get it ourselves, which is clearly not what was advertised. After stressing to them that a lot of the basic stuff was missing, they relented and said they would drop the missing things off. The only thing that was brought was shampoo and conditioner. They forgot soap, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, among other things. We didn’t want to deal with them further, so we had to go out and purchase it ourselves. Overall it was a disappointing experience with their customer service.
