You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony.
This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room.
It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.
On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay!
While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The balcony was wonderful, the view was gorgeous. The condo was perfect for us, we really enjoyed the location. Only downfall was the half bath toilet seat was broke, but did not affect our stay.

Overall the place itself was a nice place minus a few little items such as an uncovered hole in the wall that looks to have been where a wall plate for something was at one time and has not been covered, walls in master bedroom were not clean, and door hinges are rusty and need replacing. Had a beautiful view and could be an EXCELLENT place to stay for a couple or very small family.
My issues with the place are this though. FIRST AND FOREMOST, this is NOT an individual owner you will talk to. This property is managed by Vacasa of Florida. I did not notice this at the time but I wouldn't have thought much of it but now that I know what to expect. Perdido Sun management will NOT help you because you didn't book through them.
Limited to 1500 characters here, will have to shorten - so, we had an electrical issue and couldn't find way to fix or be sure electricity was off to that location. Vacasa said they'd have a maintenance ticket put in and someone would call me shortly - NO ONE ever did.
Point of all this is that Vacasa is not someone who KNOWS the property personally and doesn't really have a vested interest in it. The location's management obviously doesn't care if their place burns to the ground since we didn't book through them. They might be quicker to respond to a text but with an actual property owner, you could call them and get them quicker and they would actually care what is going on and be more helpful as much as they could anyways.
